Where you are today

Three starting points. One goal.

Whether you need more pipeline, a CRM your team can trust, or tools that finally work together, we start where you are and build toward the same thing: a team that spends its time selling.

Needs pipeline

Your calendar needs more conversations

You know who buys from you. What's missing is a steady way to reach more of them without someone prospecting all day.

Pain points

  • Your team could close more deals than it has meetings for
  • Prospecting eats the hours meant for selling
  • Outbound was tried once, and the replies dried up

Outcomes

  • Qualified replies land in your CRM, answered the same day
  • Lists, copy and inboxes run for you, and you keep all of it
  • Angles tested on real numbers, so the winners get the volume
Start with outbound

Messy CRM

Your CRM is full of half-records

The accounts are in there, but your team can't act on them: missing emails, wrong titles, duplicates and contacts who left long ago.

Pain points

  • Reps research every account before they can reach out
  • Duplicates and stale contacts skew every report
  • Nobody knows which accounts actually fit your ICP

Outcomes

  • Missing company and contact fields filled in
  • Work emails found and verified, stale contacts flagged
  • Every account scored against your ICP

Tools that don't talk

Your tools don't talk to each other

Call notes, buying signals and the CRM each live in their own tool, so the follow-up work between them falls on your team.

Pain points

  • Follow-ups written by hand after every sales call
  • Buying signals spotted, but nobody acts in time
  • Data copied between tools, and lost on the way

Outcomes

  • Follow-ups drafted from your note-taker, ready to send
  • Outreach drafted the day a signal shows up
  • Your CRM, signals and call notes connected
Start with GTM systems

Before you book

Where this is the wrong investment.

We'd rather say it here than on a call. Outbound works when the fit is right.

  • You sell to consumers or local shops, not to businesses with their own domain.
  • Your deal size is too small to pay for personalised outreach.
  • No one on your team is free to take the calls.
  • You want cold calls made for you. We work by email and LinkedIn only.

Services

Three ways to work with us.

Most clients start with outbound. The same team can also clean up the data in your CRM and build the systems around it.

CRM enrichment

We fill the gaps in the CRM you already have, so your team works complete, current records.

  • Missing company and contact fields filled in
  • Work emails found and verified
  • Duplicates merged and stale contacts flagged
  • Accounts scored against your ICP

What this unlocks

Every record is complete enough to act on, without a rep researching it first.

Scoped and quoted on a call

GTM system implementation

We connect your CRM, call notes and signal tools, and automate the follow-up work your team does by hand.

  • Sales call follow-ups drafted from your note-taker
  • Outreach drafted from the buying signals you track
  • CRM fields, stages and handoffs set up
  • Your tools connected, so nothing is copied by hand

What this unlocks

Your team's hours go to selling, not to moving notes between tools.

One change at a time: the hiring angle gets a new first line, tested on 2,000 sends against the old one. It wins, so it becomes the standard and the old version retires.

The new competitor offer reaches 4,200 sends below the current one, so it retires and its volume goes back. At 900 a day the inboxes are full: more replies now take more inboxes, or a sharper angle.

The person behind the work

Hi, I'm Marielle.

I'm a GTM engineer and outbound specialist. My work spans prospect research, data enrichment, campaign copy, email infrastructure, and automation.

With Manna GTM, I bring that hands-on experience to founders, sales teams, and agencies that need help getting the work done.

Kazzy KhazaalFounder, Dreamwell.ai0:39

The best GTM member we've ever had. We brought in 8 clients in just 2 months with Marielle's help. We didn't have to handle the campaigns at all, and she kept us updated daily, providing support that went far beyond simply managing the campaigns.

Before we get started

What founders ask us on every call.

Where do the leads come from?

Your best customers set the pattern. We pull from several databases, because each one misses people, then scrape directories, job boards, Google Maps and public records for the rest. An AI check scores every company against your ICP and its live website, and only verified emails go out. The list is yours to keep.

How do you choose who to email?

The signal decides the message. Each lead is checked for a buying signal first, such as hiring for a role you help with or following a competitor, and goes to the campaign written for that signal. Leads with no signal get your main offer.

Whose inboxes and domains?

Yours. We buy lookalike domains in your name, never your main domain, and put three inboxes on each. Every inbox is authenticated and warms for at least two weeks before the first send, then sends at most 30 emails a day.

Who writes the emails?

We do, and you approve every word. Short emails, one angle each, three per lead, asking for a reply rather than a call. Each angle gets about 2,000 sends before we call it, and the winner gets the volume.

Who answers the replies?

We do, the same day. Interested leads get what they asked for and your calendar link, and land in your CRM with the full thread. Referrals and "not now" get followed up when they asked; opt-outs go straight onto your do-not-contact list.

Do you book the calls?

The prospect books onto your calendar from our reply, and you or your SDR take the meeting. We work by email and LinkedIn only, with no cold calling.

What reply rate can I expect?

Plan on 1 to 2% positive replies per contact reached. Across the 15 campaigns in our work that report contacts, the median was 1.3%. Narrow, signal-based lists ran higher, up to 5.2%; very large, broad lists ran lower.

How fast, and what does it cost?

First sends usually go out in weeks 3 to 6, once the inboxes have warmed while we build the list and copy. If you already have warm inboxes, sending can start in week 1 or 2. Outbound plans start at $1,500 a month plus a one-time setup; the sending tools are in your name and billed to you directly, and the data and AI tools are included.

Before you spend on outbound

Not ready for outbound? Here are the 6 signs.

Outbound rarely fails because of the list or the tool. It fails when the basics behind it aren't in place yet.

If any of these sound like you, outbound will spend your money before it makes you any. Not sure? That's what the call is for. We'll tell you honestly, even if the answer is "not yet".

Check if you're ready
  1. You can't say who you sell to in one sentence.

If the ICP is everyone, the list is no one. Outbound needs a specific buyer with a specific problem.

  2. Your offer only makes sense on a call.

A stranger reading one email needs a reason to reply. If the value takes a demo to explain, cold email can't carry it.

  3. You have no proof yet.

No customers, no results, no story. Cold buyers need one believable reason to trust you.

  4. Nobody on your side can take the meetings.

We route qualified conversations into your CRM. Someone on your team has to follow up fast and close.

  5. You need revenue this month.

New inboxes need weeks of warmup, and campaigns need a few rounds to find the angle that lands. Outbound compounds; it is not a switch.

  6. You'll judge it on the first 100 emails.

One batch tells you almost nothing. Real answers come from testing angles at volume over several weeks.

Let's get to work

2 managed spots left.
